Job Summary

At reStart Inc, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our support staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective support to guests and stakeholders via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Respond to and resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Assist with daily operations, including monitoring security cameras, screening admissions, and receiving donations.
  • Collaborate with case managers and other staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and mail sorting.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with guests, staff, and stakeholders.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 3 years of customer service experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • MS Office experience, especially Outlook.
  • Pass a criminal record check and pre-employment drug screening.
