- Provide timely and effective support to guests and stakeholders via phone, email, and in-person.
- Respond to and resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist with daily operations, including monitoring security cameras, screening admissions, and receiving donations.
- Collaborate with case managers and other staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and mail sorting.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with guests, staff, and stakeholders.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum 3 years of customer service experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- MS Office experience, especially Outlook.
- Pass a criminal record check and pre-employment drug screening.
