Customer Service Representative Opportunity

At KMG Hotels, we are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at the Hampton Inn. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, handling reservations, and processing cash transactions with accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding guest service to ensure a positive experience for our guests.
  • Process reservations and manage room assignments with attention to detail.
  • Handle cash transactions, including processing payments and making change.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
