Your Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of global business performance, generating key insights and actionable recommendations by department on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
  • Assist the DVP of Merchandising in developing strategies aimed at enhancing sales and profitability.
  • Utilize data to guide the merchandising team in line planning and product development at the classification, style, and color levels.
  • Formulate pre-season product strategies to support sampling and adoption rates across various classifications and channels, including full-price stores, outlet stores, and e-commerce.
  • Evaluate seasonal projections and booking reports to identify regional trends and propose future development opportunities.
  • Oversee all in-season financial reporting related to sales, inventory, and margins.
  • Collaborate with regional teams worldwide to assess product performance.
  • Work closely with the sales team to understand open-to-buy (OTB) each season.
  • Develop standardized processes and templates for business recaps.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in global merchandising is essential.
  • A minimum of 4-6 years in the retail sector.
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Proficient in advanced Excel.
  • Strong grasp of retail mathematics.
  • Expertise in PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with MicroStrategy.
  • Exceptional analytical and creative problem-solving abilities.
  • Capability to excel in an entrepreneurial setting.

  • Experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM).
  • A strong affinity for numbers and product exposure.
  • Outstanding organizational abilities.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
