We are in search of a dedicated full-time professional for the role of:

Senior Test and Evaluation Manager


Position Overview:

  • Utilize your expertise in Department of Defense (DoD) test and evaluation methodologies to support the design, planning, execution, analysis, and reporting of test and evaluation initiatives, including relevant FAA certifications and procedures, to evaluate the performance of aeronautical systems, subsystems, and equipment throughout various acquisition phases.
  • Review, develop, and update essential program documentation for Test and Evaluation (T&E) management, addressing all necessary actions for awarding weapon system-related contracts, including pre-award documentation, evaluation criteria development, contractor proposal assessments, and post-award documentation.
  • Assess the required levels of effort, resources, and integration necessary to create actionable T&E programs and implement the T&E strategy.
  • Conduct research to establish minimum testing requirements, define task scopes, and identify alternative approaches.
  • Prepare, maintain, and review comprehensive test plans and related documentation, including T&E strategies, test reports, and compliance with specifications and performance requirements, while providing recommendations for enhancements as needed.
  • Advise on test data requirements essential for achieving program objectives within budgetary and scheduling constraints.

Qualifications:

  • MA/MS degree with twelve (12) years of relevant experience, including five (5) years in the DoD -OR-
  • BA/BS degree with fifteen (15) years of relevant experience, including five (5) years in the DoD -OR-
  • High School Diploma/GED with twenty (20) years of directly related experience, including eight (8) years in the DoD.
  • Proven experience in developing test and evaluation plans.
  • U.S. Citizenship is required.
  • Active Secret Clearance is required.
  • Must consent to personal, employment, clearance, and education verification. No exceptions.

Preference may be given to candidates residing in Hubzone Areas, as defined by the United States Small Business Administration (SBA) program for small businesses operating in Historically Underutilized Business Zones.
