Job Summary

Pinnacle Recruitment Services is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients and employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Greet visitors and employees, and provide assistance as needed
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and files
  • Provide administrative support to the Director of Administration and other team members
  • Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of experience in a front desk or administrative role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of office software
