As a Customer Experience Representative, your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional service to our families. You will cultivate relationships by providing personalized attention, conducting facility tours, and addressing inquiries regarding our various programs. Effective communication with families and colleagues is crucial, especially during busy periods at the front desk, so maintaining a calm and efficient demeanor is essential. We seek individuals who are warm, welcoming, organized, dependable, and receptive to feedback.

In this role, you will report to the Director of Operations and receive guidance from Department Leaders. You will also provide support throughout the lobby as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with families in a friendly manner via computer, phone, and in-person interactions.
  • Efficiently manage multiple tasks while maintaining accurate records and responding to customer inquiries.
  • Demonstrate reliability and teamwork.
  • Complete necessary training and embrace continuous learning.
