RESPONSIBILITIES AND REQUIREMENTS
Your role encompasses all aspects of operations during your shift. This includes managing costs, overseeing inventory, handling cash flow, and fostering customer relationships. You are expected to set a standard for your team, adhering to all policies and procedures consistently.

QUALIFICATIONS
General responsibilities for all team members include:
Operating all necessary equipment.
Stocking ingredients from delivery areas to storage and preparation zones.
Preparing food products.
Receiving and processing customer orders via phone.
Conducting inventory checks and completing related documentation.
Maintaining cleanliness of equipment and facilities regularly.
Training
On-the-job orientation and training will be provided.
Communication Skills
Ability to understand and provide clear written instructions.
Ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues to process orders both over the phone and in person.

Ability to perform basic arithmetic operations accurately and swiftly (calculator use permitted).

Most tasks are performed while standing.
Walking
Short distances for brief periods.
Surfaces include ceramic tiles and linoleum in food preparation areas. Work surfaces range from 36" to 48" in height.
Sitting
Administrative tasks are typically completed at a desk or table.
Lifting
Bulk deliveries occur twice a week or more, requiring team members to unload using a hand truck.
Deliveries may include cases of ingredients weighing up to 50 pounds with dimensions of up to 3' x 1.5'.
Carrying
Large cans weighing 3 pounds, 7 ounces, are transported from workstations to storage.
Occasionally, pizza sauce weighing 30 pounds is moved from storage to the front of the store.
Trays of pizza dough, weighing approximately 12 pounds each, are carried three at a time over short distances.
To move trays placed on dollies, requiring a force of up to 7.5 pounds.
Trays may also be pulled.
Climbing
Team members may occasionally navigate stairs or climb ladders for maintenance tasks.

Forward bending is necessary at the pizza assembly station.
Duration of this position is approximately seconds at one time, repeated continuously throughout the day.
Forward bending is also present at the front counter and when stocking ingredients.

Reaching
Reaching is performed continuously; up, down, and forward.
Workers may reach above 72" to operate equipment, change signage, and lift or lower objects.
