Position: Part-Time Lodge Attendant
Role Summary:
The Part-Time Lodge Attendant is essential in delivering exceptional services to residents. This role encompasses anticipating resident needs, providing tailored solutions, assisting with event registrations, enforcing community guidelines, and ensuring the cleanliness of facilities.
- Execute opening and closing tasks.
- Welcome residents and visitors.
- Facilitate event registrations.
- Uphold community regulations.
- Maintain vendor documentation.
- Communicate resident issues to management.
- Conduct daily inspections of facilities.
- Handle service requests.
- Train new personnel.
- Update online resources.
- Perform general office responsibilities.
- Ensure cleanliness across all areas.
Qualifications:
To thrive in this position, candidates should possess:
- A positive attitude and a professional approach.
- The ability to follow directions and resolve issues.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in utilizing electronic tools.
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving history.
Certifications and Education:
- First Aid, CPR, and AED certifications.
- Previous experience in a front desk role is preferred.
- Training in the residential sector is advantageous.
- Familiarity with the local area is beneficial.
Work Schedule:
Availability: Saturday & Sunday 8:45 am - 5:15 pm; Monday 4:15 pm - 10:15 pm. Flexibility for holidays as needed.
