Republic Pain Specialists is a Pain Management medical practice located in Bryan, TX. Our office specializes in ultrasound guided injections for joint pain, back pain, long COVID symptoms, autoimmune conditions, headaches, and much more.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greeting Patients: Welcome patients warmly, check them in, and ensure a seamless check-in/out process.
  • Appointment Management: Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments efficiently.
  • Insurance Verification: Assist with verifying insurance coverage and collecting co-pays.
  • Administrative Support: Manage incoming calls, emails, and patient inquiries with professionalism.
  • Information Management: Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with confidentiality standards.


What We’re Looking For
  • Prior experience in a medical office or front desk role preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in medical office software (experience with [specific EHR software, if applicable] is a plus).
  • A positive, team-oriented attitude with a focus on exceptional patient service.
  • Professional, punctual, well-spoken, detail oriented.
