Job Summary

Denso Ten America Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounting Manager to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of accounting, including financial statement preparation, cash management, and budgeting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the compilation of timely and accurate financial processing, month-end close, cash management reports, balance sheet accounts reconciliation, and financial statements.
  • Coordinate and direct the development and preparation of budgets, forecasts, and projections.
  • Manage and direct the preparation of State Sales and Use Taxes: quarterly, semi-annually, or annually for various states.
  • Direct and review the foreign currency exchange tables for monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, or annual closing.
  • Manage and direct the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, bank reports, and various detailed analysis reports.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science (Arts) in accounting or closely related field is required.
  • US CPA or US CMA certificate required.
  • Manager experience (Accounting or Finance) for 5 years or more is required.
  • Staff management experience for 5 or more staff is plus.
  • Automobile industry experience 5 years or more is plus.
  • JSOX management experience is plus.
