The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Insurance Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Personal Lines division, you will be responsible for maintaining strong client relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and driving business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a profitable book of business by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities
  • Provide exceptional client service, ensuring timely and accurate communication with clients, team members, and carrier representatives
  • Work closely with clients to understand their insurance needs, identify potential risks, and develop tailored solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new products, and technologies to continually improve knowledge and stay ahead of the competition
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and/or 5+ years of personal insurance experience
  • Hold and maintain a valid Property and Casualty Insurance License
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Agency Management Systems, with a strong understanding of accounting and math principles
