Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM systems.
  • Property & Casualty license and/or CIC designation preferred.
