Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for high net worth clients, providing expert advice and customized insurance solutions for their personal lines portfolios.
  • Conduct in-depth coverage reviews to ensure clients have comprehensive protection for homes, automobiles, yachts, fine art, jewelry, and other valuable assets.
  • Manage the entire insurance process, from initial client consultations, quotes, and policy issuance to ongoing servicing, renewals, and endorsements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key insurance carriers, ensuring access to competitive pricing and specialized products for high net worth clients.
  • Stay informed on market trends, products, and legal requirements related to personal lines insurance for affluent clientele.
  • Coordinate and assist with claims handling, offering clients support and guidance throughout the claims process.
  • Review and analyze existing coverage, identifying gaps or areas for improvement, and recommend additional or alternative policies as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with underwriting guidelines and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client inquiries, managing changes, and facilitating policy renewals with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams, including underwriting, claims, and risk management, to deliver seamless client experiences.
  • Contribute to business development by identifying opportunities to expand services with existing clients and attract new high net worth clientele.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in personal lines insurance, with a focus on high net worth clients.
  • In-depth knowledge of personal insurance products, including homeowners, auto, umbrella, watercraft, and specialty coverage for high-value assets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Current Property & Casualty insurance license.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with insurance management software and tools.
