About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Executive Business Development Manager to join our team as a Senior Provider Account Strategist. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive growth in our Provider solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Nurture intimate relationships with key Provider clients to understand their strategy and business needs.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop approaches that increase value provided and impact Optum has on the client's business.
  • Create a compelling value story consistent with the client's strategy and present it to various levels within the client.
  • Ensure service and delivery commitments to clients are met and coordinate effective operational interface between clients and Optum teams.
  • Negotiate renewals, contractual agreements, statements of work, and performance guarantees.
  • Drive outcomes with internal stakeholders to ensure customer centricity, high NPS scores, and profitable growth.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in a strategic leadership or related role within the healthcare industry.
  • 5+ years of experience working with stakeholders and business leaders to drive outcomes.
  • Demonstrated success building and evolving relationships with internal C-suite and matrixed stakeholder teams.
  • A high level of understanding of the healthcare market, specifically in the provider market.

Salary Range: $90,000 - $195,000 annually, plus bonuses based on sales performance.
