Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to join our team in Washington D.C. Metro Area/Northern Virginia. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in business development, with a focus on geospatial technologies and their applications within the intelligence community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement go-to-market plans to identify and initiate new business opportunities within the Security and Intelligence Community markets.
  • Establish and maintain customer relationships to drive revenue growth and profitability.
  • Provide strategic leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and execute business development strategies.
  • Manage and monitor business development activities, including pipeline status, win/loss analysis, and project management.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A BA/BS degree in a related field, with 12+ years of experience in business development, preferably in geospatial technologies.
  • An Active TS/SCI Clearance or above.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability, excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong knowledge of GEOINT, Surveying, and Mapping.
  • A proven track record of successfully securing and managing large contracts.
  • Experience growing, mentoring, and leading a team.
  • Strategic insight and execution across the entire capture lifecycle.

Salary Range: $150,000 - $200,000 per year
