Hotel Sales Strategist

At Concord Hospitality, we are seeking a talented CORPORATE DIRECTOR OF SALES to join our team. This is an exceptional opportunity to work with various hotels throughout the entire Concord portfolio.
The Corporate Director of Sales & Marketing will be involved in going on assignments to positively impact revenue performance and other identified areas of need. This task force-oriented position requires a significant amount of travel (80-90%) and allows working from home when not in the field.
Candidate must be located near a major airport hub in an existing multi-hotel Concord market. It's a great opportunity to train, motivate and develop hotel sales leaders, work with new acquisitions, troubleshoot for hotels in need and assist in hotel openings.
- Working with the Regional Vice President of Sales and Marketing to identify the scope of services of each assignment
- Taking a more active leadership role or direct sales responsibility based on the hotel's needs
- Documenting all sales activities in the hotel sales system for clear ROI analysis
Some assignments may require taking direct responsibility for marketing, direct sales, and awareness efforts for pre-opening sales or newly renovated hotels. The Corporate Director of Sales & Marketing may also be tasked with leading pre-opening sales efforts and pre-opening marketing checklist.
Responsibilities include assisting with Marketing Plan reviews, Monthly Action Plans, Property Sales Reviews, Recruitment, Reporting, and any other assignments as needed. Working closely with the Revenue Analyst and Digital Marketing Manager during assignment to ensure revenue maximization.
A strong communication skill is required, communicating consistently with the General Manager and Regional Vice President of Sales & Marketing on a daily and weekly basis of progress.
