Revenue Growth Strategies:

The Area Director of Sales will develop and implement revenue growth strategies to drive sales and revenue growth for an assigned portfolio of hotels. This role requires a strong understanding of sales operations, market trends, and customer needs.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To establish monthly sales forecasts and maintain open communication with General Managers and Corporate Director of Sales & Marketing.
  • To assume full accountability for the hotel's marketing activities, guaranteeing that all content is up-to-date, precise, and effectively portrays the hotel's image and offerings.
  • To maintain high visibility in the surrounding community and collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure the hotel meets and exceeds Opal's and the brand's standards for guest improvement.
