Job Title: Program Project Manager III

Job Summary:

The Program Project Manager III will lead the support team to ensure project execution meets Department of Navy requirements and time constraints. This role will provide project scheduling, resource loading, and on-site personnel management, partnering with Government Project Managers to capture, schedule, and mitigate risks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and direct tasks, including on-site supervision of subordinates when required.
  • Determine resource requirements and cost.
  • Prepare project schedules, including resource loading, dependencies, and critical path analysis.
  • Monitor progress of tasks and prepare progress reports.
  • Communicate with all levels of management both orally and in writing.
  • Partner with Government Project Managers to ensure key activities and actions are captured, scheduled, and risks identified are mitigated.
  • Validate and verify work products and services of subordinates meet expectations and requirements.

Requirements:

  • A DoD8570.01-m IAM 3 certification is required, satisfied by one of the following certifications: CISM, CISSP (or Associate), GSLC, CASP CE, CCNP Security, CISA, GCED, or GCIH.
  • Ten (10) years of experience in Program/Project management, including performance of project management, contract and sub-contract management, budgeting, scheduling, planning, estimating, progress tracking, and planning related to U.S. Navy IT Programs, HM&E systems onboard U.S. Navy Aircraft Carrier programs and projects.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business from an accredited university and Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen.
