Salary

The anticipated annualized base salary for this full-time position will range from $65,000, plus variable compensation governed by Sales Incentive Compensation Plan. The actual compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience, pertinent education, licensure, and certifications.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Medical Device Territory Manager to drive sales revenue, define new business opportunities, and contribute to overall team success. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Scheduling sales calls to meet with current and potential customers and referral networks to fulfill revenue and unit growth objectives.
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to promote company products effectively.
  • Clinically supporting procedures at accounts to gain insight into specific nuances of each physician and lab staff.
  • Establishing pricing packages by working with relevant BSC personnel.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • BA/BS in a related field or equivalent experience, plus minimum 6 years sales experience in Medical Devices, preferably in Cardiology, Cath/EP lab, or similar hospital-based sales experience.
  • A technical aptitude and ability to discuss complex product information.
  • Experience with implantation in cardiovascular and/or medical devices.
