Hours:
Monday - Friday

Salary Range:
$85,000+ Depending on Experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate project opportunities and assess their viability for engagement.
  • Develop bids and estimates based on architectural plans and bid documentation.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with contractors, clients, and suppliers.
  • Organize the acquisition of project-specific materials and ensure accurate project documentation.
  • Keep abreast of industry standards and practices through ongoing professional development.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 3-5 years of experience in commercial construction and as a Cost Estimator.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to identify issues and propose solutions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite, Bluebeam, and related software.
  • Highly organized with strong multitasking capabilities.
  • Must successfully complete a pre-employment criminal background check and drug screening.
