We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Transdev. This is a full-time position responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Provide information and assistance to customers regarding our services and policies
- Work closely with quality service staff to ensure accurate recording of customer feedback
- Assist with preparing and recommending liquidated damages for substandard performance by contractors
- Perform general office work, including data entry and filing
- High school diploma or equivalent required; four-year college degree or at least two years of college preferred
- Minimum two years of general work experience required; at least three years of progressively increasing responsibility work experience in a fast-paced operations environment preferred
- Good command of English, both speaking and writing
- Ability to work in a team environment with minimal oversight
- Proficient computer skills and ability to manage work time effectively
This position is based in a professional office environment that is clean, well-lit, and in compliance with the ADAs Architectural Standards. Minimal lifting is required, and the office is environmentally friendly.
