Qualifications
To succeed in this role, candidates should possess:
- A high school diploma or equivalent; further education in hospitality is a plus.
- Previous experience in a hotel or customer service environment is preferred.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding service.
- Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Basic mathematical skills for handling financial transactions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with hotel management software.
Work Environment
This position requires flexibility in scheduling, including the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. A thorough understanding of hotel operations and guest services is essential.
