Job Title: Treatment Center Director

BayMark Health Services is seeking an experienced and skilled Treatment Center Director to lead our Opiate Treatment Program. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the overall management and operation of the program, ensuring the highest quality of patient care and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a diverse team of healthcare professionals, including nurses, counselors, and support staff.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve program efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with medical directors, psychiatric consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless program operations.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as CARF and JCAHO standards.
  • Develop and maintain policy and procedure manuals, as well as clinic operations manuals and procedures.
  • Provide training and support to staff, as needed.
  • Maintain patient, employee, and company confidentiality.
Requirements:
  • Multiple years of experience in clinical program administration, preferably in the field of substance abuse.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field from an accredited college or university.
  • Strong understanding of clinic operations, HIPAA, and federal and state regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to supervise and manage personnel.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to recommend alternative solutions and execute plans.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously and generate ideas and benefits for the company.
  • Customer service-focused, eager, and energetic.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
