Treatment Center Director Job Description

BayMark Health Services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Treatment Center Director to lead our Opiate Treatment Program. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical operations and a proven track record of success in managing teams and driving results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Opiate Treatment Program and ensure its success through effective management and strategic planning.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with the medical team to ensure high-quality patient care and outcomes.
  • Manage and develop staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent patient care.
  • Monitor and analyze program performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including patients, families, and community partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the program remains competitive and effective.

Requirements:
  • Master's degree in a related field (e.g., business administration, healthcare administration, public health).
  • At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role in a healthcare setting.
  • Proven track record of success in managing teams and driving results.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
