Treatment Center Director

BayMark Health Services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Treatment Center Director to lead our Opiate Treatment Program. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our clinic, ensuring the highest quality of patient care, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and oversee the operation of the Opiate Treatment Program clinic, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve clinic performance, increase patient census, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Lead and manage a diverse team of nurses, counselors, and auxiliary staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure excellent patient care.
- Collaborate with the OTP Medical Director, Psychiatric consultant, and Compliance Manager to ensure compliance with federal, state, and CARF standards.
- Develop and maintain policy and procedure manuals, ensuring they are up-to-date and compliant with regulatory requirements.
- Participate in community relations, education, and development activities to drive census growth and maintain a strong reputation in the community.
- Multiple years of experience as an administrator of a clinical program, preferably in substance abuse treatment.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field from an accredited college or university.
- Strong understanding of clinic operations, HIPAA, federal, state, and CARF standards and regulations.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to supervise and manage personnel.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to recommend alternative solutions, execute, and monitor.
- Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously and generate ideas and benefits for the company.
- Customer service-focused, eager, and energetic.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Competitive salary range: $66,415.44 to $84,626.00 annualized.
