Treatment Center Director

BayMark Health Services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Treatment Center Director to lead our Opiate Treatment Program. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our clinic, ensuring the highest quality of patient care, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the overall operations of the Opiate Treatment Program, including staff supervision, patient care, and clinic performance.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve clinic efficiency, reduce costs, and increase patient census.
- Collaborate with our medical director, psychiatric consultant, and compliance manager to ensure compliance with federal, state, and CARF regulations.
- Lead the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives, including performance metrics and patient satisfaction surveys.
- Recruit, train, and develop a diverse team of nurses, counselors, and auxiliary staff to meet the needs of our patients.
- Develop and maintain relationships with community partners, healthcare providers, and regulatory agencies to promote our services and ensure compliance.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure our clinic remains competitive and compliant.
- Multiple years of experience as an administrator of a clinical program, preferably in substance abuse treatment.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field from an accredited college or university.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to supervise and manage personnel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work autonomously, generate ideas, and implement solutions to drive business growth.
- Customer service-focused, with a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
- Competitive salary range: $66,415.44 to $84,626.00 annualized.
