Treatment Center Director Job Description

MedMark Treatment Centers is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Treatment Center Director to lead our Opiate Treatment Program. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the overall operation and performance of the clinic, ensuring that we provide the highest quality of patient care in a comfortable outpatient setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the clinic, including staff supervision, patient care, and administrative tasks.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve clinic performance, patient outcomes, and staff engagement.
  • Collaborate with the OTP Medical Director, Psychiatric consultant, and Compliance Manager to ensure compliance with federal, state, and CARF/JCAHO regulations.
  • Develop and maintain policies and procedures to ensure a safe and effective work environment.
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure a high-performing team.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators, including patient census, staff productivity, and quality metrics.
  • Participate in community relations, education, and development activities to drive and maintain census.
  • Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities and operational efficiencies.

Requirements:
  • Multiple years of experience as an administrator of a clinical program.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field from an accredited college or university.
  • Understanding of clinic operations, with significant experience working in the field of substance abuse.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA, federal, state, and CARF standards and regulations.
  • Demonstrated organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to supervise and manage personnel.
  • Strategic thinker, able to recommend alternative solutions, execute, and monitor.
  • Self-starter, able to work autonomously and generate ideas and benefits for the Company.
  • Customer service focused, eager, and energetic.
