Treatment Center Director/Program Manager

MedMark Treatment Centers is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Treatment Center Director/Program Manager to lead our Opiate Treatment Program. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage clinic operations to achieve budgeted and planned results
  • Participate in interviewing, hiring, training, and evaluating clinic staff
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase patient census and retention
  • Collaborate with the OTP Medical Director, Psychiatric consultant, and Compliance Manager to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations
  • Develop and maintain policy and procedure manuals and clinic operations manuals and procedures
  • Provide training and support to clinic staff as needed
  • Ensure compliance with CARF/JCAHO standards and regulations
Requirements:
  • Multiple years of experience as an administrator of a clinical program
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field from an accredited college or university
  • Understanding of clinic operations, substance abuse treatment, and regulatory requirements
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to supervise and manage personnel
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Satisfactory drug screen and criminal background check
