Wendy's Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our Wendy's restaurant team. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Sales and Profitability: Manage sales goals versus budget and prior year, execute national and local marketing programs, and develop plans to resolve unfavorable trends and enhance sales.
- Cost Management: Manage profit goals versus budget and prior year, manage food, labor, and paper costs, and track waste levels using established procedures.
- Human Resources: Ensure the execution of the restaurant's overall Human Resources programs, process crew applications, and maintain an ongoing system for recruitment, development, recognition, and retention of store management and crew.
- Quality, Service, and Cleanliness: Achieve and maintain Sparkle certification through the execution of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards, train and execute all food safety procedures, and monitor product quality during shift.
- Training and Development: Provide proper training and development in compliance with the Company's standards, conduct timely and quality store orientations for managers and crew, and utilize Crew Orientation and WE Learn Training system on a daily basis.
- Operations and Controls: Ensure store compliance with Company operating policies and procedures, work with DM to establish store priorities, and evaluate store performance, receive and incorporate feedback from store inspections, and implement action plans to improve store ratings.
- Education: Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Knowledge and Skills: Company's operating systems and procedures, Company's policies and procedures, P&L analysis and corrective measures, supervisory practices, planning and budgeting, interviewing practices, training and development practices, federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations, ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals, ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

The General Manager must be able to stand for long periods without a break, and be able to travel to the bank, other restaurants, Area Office, etc. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
