We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our Wendy's restaurant team. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, maintaining high-quality customer service, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Manage sales goals and profitability, ensuring the restaurant meets or exceeds targets.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching, training, and feedback to ensure excellent customer service and quality products.
- Implement and maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and security, ensuring a positive dining experience for customers.
- Monitor and control costs, including labor, food, and paper expenses, to maintain profitability.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
- Collaborate with the district manager and other restaurant leaders to achieve business objectives and share best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role, preferably with Wendy's.
- Proven track record of success in sales growth, customer satisfaction, and team development.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
