Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at WKS Restaurant Group. As a Restaurant Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Wendy's restaurant, ensuring that all aspects of the business are running smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Operations Management
- Manage the overall operations of the restaurant, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service.
- Ensure that all restaurant policies and procedures are followed.
- Monitor and control costs, including labor, food, and supplies.
- Staff Management
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of restaurant staff.
- Manage employee performance, including conducting performance evaluations and providing coaching and feedback.
- Ensure that all staff members are following company policies and procedures.
- Customer Service
- Ensure that all customers receive excellent service, including responding to customer complaints and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor and improve customer satisfaction, including gathering feedback and making recommendations for improvement.
- Financial Management
- Manage the restaurant's budget, including forecasting sales and controlling costs.
- Monitor and analyze financial reports, including sales, labor, and inventory reports.
- Make recommendations for improving financial performance.
- Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
- Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably with a fast-food chain.
- Skills
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
