Job Summary:
Crown Power and Equipment is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Parts Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in assisting both internal and external customers with their parts needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in person and over the phone, providing exceptional service and support.
- Prepare parts order quotes and establish parts availability.
- Place parts orders, receive and deliver parts, and maintain accurate inventories.
- Stock inventory and assist with merchandise displays.
- Match invoices to packing lists and maintain proficiency with electronic business systems.
Requirements:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to respond quickly and efficiently to customer demands.
- Excellent customer relations and phone skills, with the ability to handle and resolve interpersonal conflicts.
- Effective time management skills and the ability to multi-task, with attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- Strong computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, with knowledge of HBS a plus.
- Familiarity with Case IH and Kubota equipment and parts is preferred, but not required.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for long periods of time, with walking, climbing stairs, reaching, pushing, pulling, kneeling, leaning, and twisting.
- Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 10 lbs., frequently lift and/or move up to 25 lbs., and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
- Fitness to work in adverse and extreme weather conditions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 1-3 years of experience in Parts Sales in the same or similar industry is required.
- Candidate is required to successfully pass the pre-employment screenings, including background check, pre-employment drug testing, and driving record evaluation.
