We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Insurance Sales Representative to join our team at 1st State Brokerage. As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives

Requirements:
- LIFE AND HEALTH INSURANCE LICENSE REQUIRED FOR YOUR RESIDENT STATE
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Results-driven and coachable
