Senior Talent Acquisition Manager

Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage Talent Attraction Recruitment for the global Retail business unit of Nutrien.
- Direct and oversee the recruiting function, ensuring it is cost-effective, technology-enabled, and adaptable to the changing talent needs of the Retail business.
- Lead the creation of a Retail Recruitment Playbook and establish reporting mechanisms to track progress and return on investment (ROI) against its initiatives.
- Clearly define a service level agreement with the business to ensure clarity of expectations.
- Align recruitment efforts with the organization's strategic business priorities and deliver top talent by working with the HR team as well as corporate and field leadership teams collectively supporting Nutrien's Strategy and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in operations, business and/or human resources- preferably in large, global, publicly traded companies.
- Minimum of 8 years' experience - direct people management in a senior leadership role.
- Experience with high volume, fast paced recruitment.
- Experience working at an operations site or field location(s) outside of a corporate office/environment.
- Post-secondary education (Bachelor's and/or Master's degree) in business, agriculture, science or human resources or equivalent work experience.
