About the Role

The Assistant Project Manager is responsible for assisting in the oversight of construction projects that deliver exceptional results for clients, generate profit, and produce lasting client relationships. This role is a key member of the project team, working closely with the Project Manager to ensure the successful execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the Project Manager in the development and implementation of project plans, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.

Coordinate with project teams, including engineers, estimators, and superintendents, to ensure timely completion of projects.

Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.

Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues.

Collaborate with the project team to develop and implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in a related field, such as construction management or project coordination.

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and other project management software.

Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.

OSHA certifications and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
