We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Administrative Assistant to support our Loveland/Pleasant Grove community in Loveland, CO.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will provide administrative support under the supervision of a Community Manager, performing duties such as greeting customers, answering phone calls, developing relationships with community residents, maintaining office files, and assisting with sales activities. This is a temporary opportunity with competitive compensation and commissions.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring all interactions are polite and professional.
  • Answer community office telephone calls promptly and professionally, providing requested information for telephone inquiries.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with community residents, utilizing strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including office files and data entry into management software.
  • Support the Community Manager in completing tasks related to guest cards, lead information, and sales activities.
  • Order and verify receipt of office supplies, ensuring continuous operation of the community office.
  • Document telephone conversations, visits, and presentations to maintain existing customers and build a book of business for potential residents.
  • Work collaboratively with the Community Manager to facilitate new and used home sales, presenting homes to potential residents as needed.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 1 year general office experience required; 1 year sales experience preferred.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Valid operator's license, maintenance of a good driving record at all times, and insurability under the Company's policy at all times.
What We Offer
