Key responsibilities include identifying patients in need of cancer screening, providing education and support, and advocating for patients and providers. You will also coordinate services and support to reduce patient barriers to cancer screening and care.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need to have:
* A Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) degree and current licensure in Delaware, or Medical Assistant certification by a national organization accredited by the National Commission for Certifying Agencies (NCCA) or the American National Standards Institute (ANSI)
* At least one year of experience in health promotion, disease prevention, and health education in a community health setting
* Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, and electronic medical records software
Salary
This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $62,000 per annum.
