Role Overview

This full-time position, located in Evanston, IL or New York, NY, is an exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse to join our team as a Healthcare Navigator. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving Milu's initiatives to help members access top-notch healthcare.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review medical charts to identify cost-saving opportunities for members.
  • Leverage data to find high-quality treatment options and support members throughout their health journey.
Requirements
  • Active Registered Nurse license in the state of Illinois or New York or eligible for RN licensure in these states.
  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Nursing, or equivalent experience.
  • Extensive knowledge of medical terminology, diagnosis codes, and healthcare delivery processes.
  • Ability to multitask effectively and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Estimated Salary Range$120,000 - $150,000 per annum.
