Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Technician Level I to join our team at Irvine Technology Corporation. As a Technical Support Technician, you will be responsible for providing best-in-class technical services and solutions across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service and support to internal customers.
- Respond to and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain IT equipment and infrastructure in office and manufacturing environments.
- Implement and maintain standards for file system permissions and security group membership.
- Manage directory services user accounts and access permissions.
- Act as a liaison between internal customers and the IT department.
- Collaborate with IT management and location management to determine system solutions to local problems.
- Travel to support locations to resolve technical needs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
- 1-3 years of Information Technology experience.
- 1+ years of troubleshooting desktop, peripheral, and network connectivity issues.
- 1+ years of experience supporting and troubleshooting barcode scanners.
- 1+ years of experience using Active Directory.
- Technical knowledge of Windows operating systems and tools.
- Experience supporting Microsoft Office 365 and other common desktop applications.
- Experience with onboarding/offboarding users and associated tasks.
- Demonstrated experience using an IT Support ticketing system.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues related to cellular devices.
- Ability to maintain IT policies, processes, procedures, and standards.
