Technical Support Specialist

OneMain Financial is seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our OneSupport team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will provide technical and account support to our team members, assisting with various technical aspects and providing support through inbound calls and chats.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support for issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, network infrastructure, iPads, Remote Access, mobile devices, and email
  • Assist other departments with responsibilities and business needs
  • Support customer applications, account servicing, and branch balancing
  • Offer password administration and chat support

Work Environment:

Our office is located in Evansville, IN, and we offer a hybrid work arrangement. During the 10-week training course, hours will be 8 AM - 5 PM. After being fully trained, the hours will vary according to the schedule below:

Monday - Friday shifts are as follows:

7 AM - 4 PM

8 AM - 5 PM

9 AM - 6 PM

10 AM - 7 PM

11 AM - 8 PM

12 PM - 9 PM

Saturday shift is 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, with a day off throughout the week. You will not be required to work more than one Saturday a month.
