Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients and internal teams via phone, email, and chat
- Investigate and resolve technical issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles
