Job Summary

OneMain Financial is seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our OneSupport team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will provide technical and account support to our team members through inbound calls and chats. You will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, providing password administration, and supporting customer applications, account servicing, and branch balancing.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide technical support to team members through inbound calls and chats
* Troubleshoot technical issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, network infrastructure, iPads, Remote Access, mobile devices, and email
* Support customer applications, account servicing, and branch balancing
* Assist other departments with responsibilities and business needs
