We are seeking a dynamic Senior Relationship Manager to join our team at AmTrav, a growing business travel management company that prioritizes personal connections and innovative technology. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with our clients, providing exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of corporate travel, including booking processes, vendor relationships, and travel policies. They will possess excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously. A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field, or equivalent experience, is required.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Proactively monitoring key metrics to provide consultative support and guidance to clients
  • Identifying opportunities to expand services within existing accounts and working to retain and grow the client base
  • Developing and presenting proposals for additional services or new business opportunities
  • Implementing new clients from start to finish and managing the relationship for the lifetime of the account
  • Conducting training sessions on our booking platform A2B
  • Conducting annual in-person and frequent non-in-person client-facing meetings, including vendor negotiations and QBRs
  • Understanding and educating clients about their growth opportunities and AmTrav's service and product updates
  • Analyzing large volumes of information to identify trends, opportunities, and risks for each account

As a Senior Relationship Manager at AmTrav, you will have the opportunity to work cross-functionally with our Sales and Traveler Services teams, reporting to Greg Ross, VP of Relationship Management. We offer a competitive salary, starting at $75,000 based on previous experience, plus incentives, as well as a range of benefits, including flexible schedules, competitive health insurance, and unlimited PTO.
