About the Role:
  • Develop and execute business plans with assigned partners to deliver license revenue through strategic partnerships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create effective co-sell relationships and drive sales growth.
  • Design and execute business plans with each assigned partner to deliver license revenue through development of strategies, programs, initiatives, and solutions.
  • Work closely with assigned partners to increase their selling capabilities and align GTM sales strategies with Pega's sales teams.
Requirements:
  • 10-12 years of alliances, consulting, and/or business development experience in the technology or business consulting industries.
  • 5+ years of industry experience in one or more of the following industries: Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance.
  • Experience managing partner relationships and building effective co-sell relationships.
  • Solid understanding of professional services sales and delivery models.
