Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a global field marketing strategy that aligns with Cato's broader marketing and business objectives.
  • Lead a team of regional field marketing managers, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure consistent execution of field marketing initiatives across all markets.
  • Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of large-scale marketing events, including global conferences, trade shows, industry events, and virtual events.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, product marketing, and channel marketing teams to create impactful joint marketing campaigns with key partners.
  • Manage the global field marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing ROI from all marketing activities.
  • Track, measure, and analyze the success of field marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to continuously refine and improve the global field marketing strategy.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing roles, with at least 5 years in a global field marketing leadership position.
  • Proven success in managing global field marketing teams and executing large-scale, multi-regional marketing campaigns.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with experience working closely with sales, product marketing, and channel marketing teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, and Splash.
