Job Summary:

The Director of Global Insights will be responsible for overseeing and delivering commercial insights to inform strategic choices and commercialization decisions in IgAN and other disease areas. This role will maintain a pulse on critical business questions and formulate an insights plan to address them.

Key Responsibilities:

Function as a key partner to Marketing and provide objective perspective and insights

Formulate a comprehensive insights generation plan to address a spectrum of business questions using the appropriate methodology

Independently design and execute primary market research that addresses key business questions

Define data analytics needed to answer ongoing business questions and oversee its execution

Run the analytics coordination forum which provides cross-functional alignment on analytics activities supporting the program

Maintain a current summary of all the insights supporting a disease area in the form of an Insights book

Develop the situation analysis for the Brand Planning process

Maintain a strong understanding of the LRP forecast model and provide assumptions that inform the Long Range Plan

Requirements:

Expertise in a variety of primary market research methodologies

Strong complex quantitative analysis skills

Domain knowledge real-world data and/or other related data sources from providers and health systems

Expert knowledge of the biopharma commercialization process, go-to-market approaches and launch planning

Experience in coaching and inspiring a team towards clear goals and hold accountable for results

Highly developed interpersonal skills and ability to interact effectively with Senior Executive team members

Substantial experience working with global brands in a competitive marketplace and understanding insights from global markets

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills - able to synthesize and distill complex information into a compelling narrative

Proactive orientation - able to anticipate issues, engage with stakeholders and plan accordingly

Demonstrated experience as a trusted advisor and thought partner to stakeholders

Comfortable with ambiguity; able to effectively structure problems and solution approaches

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's Degree in relevant discipline required

Typically requires 10 or more years in bio-pharma marketing, market research and/or analytics, management consulting, with 3 years in leading teams, or the equivalent combination of education and experience

In this Hybrid-Eligible role, you can choose to be designated as:1.

Hybrid :
work remotely up to two days per week;

or select

On-Site :
work five days per week on-site with ad hoc flexibility.
