Dental Insurance Support Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Specialist. As a key member of our dental insurance contact center, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels, providing accurate and timely information about their dental insurance plans.
- Problem-Solving: Analyze and resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner, escalating complex cases to senior team members as needed.
- Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our dental insurance products and services, including benefits, coverage, and eligibility requirements.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management, using clear and concise language to ensure seamless interactions.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, customer service) preferred.
- Experience: 2+ years of customer service experience in a call center or insurance industry setting; experience with dental insurance products a plus.
- Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Tools and Technology: Proficient in using desktop applications, such as Microsoft Office and internet browsers, and ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
