Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Professional to join our team. As a Support Professional, you will play a vital role in assisting individuals with daily living skills, including cooking meals, administering medication, and housekeeping. You will also provide partial or full assistance with personal care, such as bathing and dressing.
Responsibilities
- Assist individuals with daily living skills, including cooking meals, administering medication, and housekeeping
- Provide partial or full assistance with personal care, such as bathing and dressing
- Support individuals with communication, socialization, and recreational activities
- Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized support plans
- Document progress and provide regular updates to the care team
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Compassion, patience, and understanding of the needs of individuals with disabilities
