Job Summary

Arches Ferry Dental LLC is seeking a highly skilled and organized Receptionist/Office Administrator to join our team in our Alpharetta office. The ideal candidate will deliver a professional and qualified first impression to all visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Services: Welcome guests, employees, and clients, clarify the purpose of their visit, and provide inter-office messages as requested.
  • Administration: Send out and receive mail, documents, supplies, and packages, maintain office supplies, and reorder as needed.
  • Scheduling: Manage a schedule for those needing support and schedule appointments as required.
  • Community Support: Coordinate and organize details related to community support and outreach.
Requirements
  • Associates degree preferred
  • High school diploma required
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Reliable, professional, courteous, and patient
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
