Position Summary

CarynHealth Management, LLC is in search of a skilled bilingual Receptionist/Administrative Assistant for a full-time, in-office position. This role serves as the primary point of contact for all incoming communications, ensuring efficient handling of calls and inquiries for both CarynHealth and its clients. The Receptionist/Administrative Assistant will collaborate closely with the Client Success Navigator team and provide support across various departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Effectively communicates with clients and colleagues, both in person and via phone.
  • Provides outstanding customer service and assistance.
  • Handles incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate department or individual.
  • Prioritizes and returns missed calls promptly.
  • Manages incoming mail and distributes it accordingly.
  • Utilizes standard office equipment regularly, including fax machines, copy machines, and multiple computer monitors.
  • Maintains a tidy and professional office environment.
  • Demonstrates the ability to comprehend and interpret care programs, health plans, and related guidelines.
  • Performs additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED) is required.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is essential.
  • Previous experience in a Receptionist, Front Office Coordinator, or similar capacity is preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary.
  • Ability to navigate multiple computer programs and a willingness to learn new software.
  • Excellent multitasking and time management skills, with the capability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Work Environment

This position operates within a professional office setting and requires full-time, in-office attendance. The role frequently utilizes standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.

Physical Demands

  • Work is performed in an indoor environment, with protection from weather conditions but not necessarily from temperature fluctuations.
  • Close visual acuity is required for tasks such as data analysis, transcribing, and extensive reading.
  • Sedentary work is involved, requiring the ability to exert up to 10 pounds of force occasionally.
  • Reaching, standing, and repetitive motions are necessary for effective job performance.
  • Clear communication and auditory skills are essential for interaction with clients and colleagues.
